Job Description
Description of the role:
Dimmitt Chevrolet in Clearwater FL is seeking an Automotive Parts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories excellent customer service skills and a passion for the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding the right parts and accessories for their vehicles
- Order receive and stock parts inventory
- Process parts orders and returns
- Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive parts sales or a related field
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
