Job Description
Registered Dietitian Part-Time Hybrid Warren RI
Nutrition That Works LLC is seeking a registered dietitianto support a long-term care facility in Warren opportunity starts in June or Julyfor 12hours/week.

Location: Warren RD
Schedule: 12hours/week (8 hours/week onsite)
Duration: Open-ended
Facility Type: 63-bed long-term care facility
Start Date: June or July 2025
Drive Time: Offered for qualifying candidates
Experience: LTC and MDS experiencepreferred
EMR: Point Click Care
Your AssignmentWill Include:
- Completingnutritional assessments and maintaining documentation
- Documentingwith the Nutrition Care Process in the electronic medical recordsystem
- Collaborating withthe interdisciplinary care plan team andfood service team
- Calculations and recommendations for enteralfeedings
- Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
- Completing MDS - Section K
- Maintaining confidentiality and patient information in accordance with HIPAA
Requirements:
- Credentialed as aRegistered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)through the CDR
- Licensed in Rhode Island (must be active prior to start date)
- Must pass a pre-employment screening process including background and health checks
