Roles & Responsibilities
Proficiency with ServiceNow applications such as Change / Incident / Problem Management Knowledge Service portal etc.
Good to have knowledge in ITOM (IT Operation Management) and ITAM (IT Asset Management) modules.
Working knowledge on Integrating ServiceNow with other 3rd party tools
Should have experience on building Custom Applications using App Engine.
Proficiency with HTML JavaScript-Angular JS XML AJAX Jelly CSS SOAP REST etc.
Strong working knowledge with different scripts of Service Now like Client Scripts Business Rules Script Include UI Action UI Policy and UI Pages
Strong understanding of Developing the Complex Catalog items Workflows Order Guides Record producers etc.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
