Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead the steel business unit as an independent profit center
Oversee the entire manufacturing value chain including rolling cutting and finishing processes
Drive Lean Manufacturing TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Six Sigma methodologies across operations
Develop and implement long-term business strategies and market expansion plans
Ensure compliance with international quality standards including ISO and HSE protocols
Build lead and mentor cross-functional teams across operations engineering sales and support
Monitor and optimize procurement vendor performance and supply chain efficiency
Collaborate with senior leadership on financial planning budgeting and forecasting
Ensure the achievement of business objectives related to productivity cost quality and delivery
Requirements
Minimum 15 20 years of experience in steel manufacturing or heavy industry
Proven track record of managing P&L for a large industrial unit
Strong technical knowledge of steel production processes and equipment
Hands-on experience in driving continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
Excellent leadership interpersonal and strategic thinking skills
Ability to operate effectively in cross-cultural and dynamic business environments
