Job Description
RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals Nursing Homes Home care and Community care.
We are hiring Clinical Nurse Manager 2-Theatre our Hospital in Galway Ireland.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- To guarantee that the highest safety and care standards are applied for from the time of admission to the patients release.
- To preserve or raise the standard of patient care using the implementation of the quality assurance procedure.
- To determine issues with nursing practice or patient care delivery and recommend corrective measures in consultation with the theater manager.
- To exhibit a safety-conscious mindset during the delivery of medical treatment.
- Help ensure that restricted substances are kept in safe custody in compliance with established protocols and notify the theater manager of any inconsistencies.
- To guarantee the theater is used effectively and efficiently.
- To create and execute the theaters duty roster as needed.
- To organize staff yearly leave and other special leave plans in consultation with the theater manager.
Requirements
- ABA Enrollment
- At least five years of experience after registration two of which must be in theater.
- It is necessary to have a theater degree.
- Appropriate management background and/or credentials
- Outstanding communication leadership responsibility and interpersonal skills
- The capacity to provide proof of adequate levels of ongoing professional growth.
- The roster will typically be in place six days a week although in accordance with service standards a flexible approach to work schedules is necessary.
