Job Description
This role focuses on ensuring new clients are accurately and efficiently added to various relevant systems.
Essential duties:
- Accurately input client information into various systems ensuring data integrity
- Verify information for accuracy by cross-checking with source documents and resolving any discrepancies
- Perform regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with Legal Assistants to gather required information and streamline information collection processes
- Generate reports as needed for management review and operational planning
- Collaborate with Librarian to idnetify opportunities for process automation and enhanced data accuracy
- Recommend changes to data input workflows to improve efficiency
