You will become part of the Product Marketing team based in Paris and youll work closely with Victor head of the team who will ensure you have all the tools for success.
The Product Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in driving company growthboth by expanding revenue with existing client accounts and ensuring we provide tailored solutions for new ones. You will collaborate closely with teams across Marketing Product Customer Success and Sales to craft the narrative positioning and sales strategy for specific product features within the Sociabble platform. In this role you will be directly responsible for increasing revenue on the go-to-market features you manage such as our Enterprise Video & Audio Rewards and Ask AI offers.
You will:
Establish yourself as a go-to-market expert internally and externally for Sociabble with a focus on specific product features (e.g. Enterprise Video & Audio Ask AI Rewards etc.). Your role will entail driving and monitoring revenue growth for the specific go-to-market segment you oversee.
Participate in the development and expansion of the Sales Enablement strategy and materials. Shape the narrative and educate the sales pre-sales and customer success teams on how to effectively present and sell your go-to-market feature. Attend client-facing meetings to demonstrate our features and gather feedback from potential and current customers.
Formulate and implement effective go-to-market strategies for new and existing features. Define marketing and sales channels establish business targets analyze the competitive landscape shape the pricing strategy outline market positioning and key differentiators.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive communication and marketing campaigns that clearly communicate the features value and functionality. This involves developing social media posts ad campaigns landing pages SEO positioning and more. Youll work closely with the marketing team to bring these initiatives to life.
Contribute to cross-feature Product Marketing activities including our monthly product release notes showcasing the latest evolutions to customers roadmap presentations analyst report analysis and market research on specific business verticals.
Play a key role in boosting product and feature adoption. Collaborate with the Knowledge team to offer the right training to end-users and implement targeted pop-ups and notifications to increase awareness of new features. Develop product-led-growth initiatives to foster upsell opportunities on existing accounts.
Co-organize events including webinars training sessions workshops roadmap presentations beta tester launches and tutorials aimed at promoting Sociabble to both current and potential clients.
Monitor the performance and business impact. Foster a sense of urgency within various teams gather KPIs and track different touchpoints monitor the sales deals and conduct frequent updates with various stakeholders to make necessary strategy adjustments.
Qualifications :
The ideal Candidate
You have a strong background in product marketing (over 2 years) or previous experience in offer development demonstrating your ability to position promote and drive revenue growth for products.
Youre sales-oriented and enjoy engaging directly with clients. You excel at pitching product value hosting demos and gathering actionable insights from audience feedback.
Your keen marketing eye and meticulous attention to detail allow you to provide precise effective feedback on everything from visuals to blog posts sales decks landing pages and more.
Youre highly organized and proactive capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
Your excellent interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders driving impact both internally and externally.
You thrive in an autonomous role taking charge of communication plans training initiatives and revenue generation for specific product features with enthusiasm.
Youre adept at leveraging modern AI tools like ChatGPT to refine craft and generate innovative ideas.
Proficiency in English (minimum C1) and French (C1) is essential ensuring smooth coordination and communication in our international setting.
