Job Summary: Sundream is seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Service Technician to join our team in the Sarasota area. We are looking for a technician with strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to high-quality service. While service technicians are our primary need we welcome applications from both service and installation technicians.

We are looking for a technician with strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to high-quality service. While service technicians are our primary need we welcome applications from both service and installation technicians.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose repair and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment and components
Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent service
Install HVAC equipment as needed (for installation technicians)
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety and industry standards
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC service or installation
EPA Certification
Valid drivers license
Strong technical skills
Ability to work independently
Strong customer service and communication skills
