Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain open communication with seniors their families and our staff
• Assist with personal care
• Companionship
• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned

Requirements

• Must have recent 2-Step PPD in both arms current Chest X-Ray or Quantiferon Test
• Must have a valid PA state ID or PA drivers license
• Aide should be skilled in personal and companion care.
• Must be fully vaccinated (City of Philadelphia Regulations)
