A day in the life.
As our Senior Individual Medicare Advisor on the Employee Health & Benefits team youll play a pivotal role in the growth of new enrollment within the Medicare unit. You will be responsible for developing leads into qualified opportunities recommending solutions to meet the clients expectations and managing client relationships. In addition you will educate and help enroll our clients employees in the Medicare offerings best suited for them.
These activities are accomplished by building client relationships and consultative sales skills while utilizing MMAs value-added resources. A key aspect of this role is the ability to effectively communicate and convey our strategy to a diverse group of stakeholders including local market CEOs Sales Leaders Practice Leaders and Producers. You will also be responsible for assisting with developing internal best practices and processes training and onboarding of new team members; all while demonstrating team leadership.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- 10 years of Medicare related experience
- Demonstrated sales successes and experience selling Medicare products
- Highly motivated to generate and sell new business
These additional qualifications are a plus but not required to apply:
- Bachelors degree in related field
- Possess excellent organization time management and presentation skills

The applicable base salary range for this role is $90800 to $169200.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience skills training location certifications education and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits tuition assistance 401K savings and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs.Required Experience:
