Job Description

- Duties include checking in residents and approved guests monitoring pool area ensuring residents/guests are following posted pool rules ensuring ONLY residents/approved guests are using the amenities and reporting any issues seen at the pool.
- Applicant must be 17 years of age to apply.
- Applicant MUST have working cellphone reliable transportation and weekend/holiday availability for the entirety of contract to be considered for the position. Time off approved with proper advance notice.
- Must be willing to drive to pools in multiple locations in Fayetteville Hope Mills Raeford and Cameron.
- Pool season typically runs from mid May to 30 September with paid orientation in April (End dates subject to change due to hurricane season).
- Attendant does not need to have lifeguard certification because the attendant will not be acting as a lifeguard.
- The pay is $15 per hour. Employees will be compensated weekly.
