DescriptionGENERAL SUMMARY:
This role will work closely with the Landauer Business Operations Administrator and the Commercial Operations team to maintain a variety of system integrations and coordinate custom application development. The Landauer Business Operations Administration will be expected to contribute their insight and expertise to support day-to-day sales operations with any eye toward driving more efficiencies. This position reports to the Director of Commercial Operations and is required to build strong cross-functional relationships with Sales Marketing Operations and System Support.
The Landauer Business Operations Administrator works toward common goals of system effectiveness and is responsible for:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Renewal Support
- Responsible for the overall renewal process for LANDAUER customers including preparation of the renewal files uploading proper files for execution and troubleshooting error messages to ensure renewals are completed in a timely manner to avoid late delivery of renewal notifications to customers.
- Assist in creating and maintaining thorough up to date standard documentation.
- Working closely with sales teams on renewal exceptions.
- Assist in facilitating status meetings and reports as needed.
- Zendesk Support
- Daily administration including but not limited to; assisting with multiple user setup profiles and roles customization of forms fields views triggers and other business rules.
- Assist in customization of fields forms views business rules workflows email notifications approval processes reports and dashboards.
- Design and run complex reports and dashboards.
- Support new system roll outs as well as all required maintenance and upgrades in addition to recommendations for process improvements.
- Responsible for the overall data quality in Zendesk.
- Assist in troubleshooting and provide solutions for technical issues and escalations.
- Provide new user accounts and manage licenses and permissions.
- Assist in training of new and current users.
- Assist with data imports exports and updates utilizing Zendesk Explore and other tools (Agresso data biweekly).
- Assist in creating and maintaining thorough up to date technical systems documentation.
- Ensure delivery of projects to the defined Best Practice.
- Working closely with business teams on ensure appropriate functionality.
- Assist in facilitating status meetings and reports as needed.
- GPO Support
- Regularly review and update membership rosters and CRMs (Agresso QuickBooks Salesforce) to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate changes to manufacturers in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain membership documents.
- Support new contract launches.
- Oversee onboarding and enrollment of new members.
- Other Administrative Support
- Review and Process Quote Worksheets including UK and urgent matters.
- Process Pricing adjustments.
- Ad hoc projects as needed.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Database Management Familiar with maintaining online databases such as Microsoft Dynamics etc.
- Computer Skills Extensive Excel experience including formulas lookups and with Windows Word Outlook PowerPoint Adobe Acrobat and Visio.
- Problem solving Capacity to identify problems competently gather and analyze information and independently resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Planning/Organizing Aptitude to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently. Ability to multi-task and switch gears quickly.
