Job Description
CNC Operator Manual & CNC
We are seeking a talented and experiencedLathe Operatorproficient in bothmanual and CNC lathe operations. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes blueprint interpretation and programming fundamentals.
CNC Operator Primary Responsibilities:
- Set up operate and troubleshootmanual and CNC lathesefficiently.
- Interprettechnical drawings blueprints and quality specifications applyingGD&Tprinciples.
- Independently take parts fromblueprint to finished productwith minimal supervision.
- Apply appropriatefeeds and speedsfor various materials and machining conditions.
- Conductin-process inspectionsto ensure parts meet precise specifications.
CNC Operator Required Qualifications:
- Proficient inshop math and trigonometry.
- Solid understanding ofG-code and M-code with experience inconversational and NC programming.
- Familiarity withMastercamis preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Must possess and maintainown set of tools.
