Account and Loan Representative Dutchess County NY
Full-Time $21.00 $25.00/hour based on experience plus $5000 in annual Bonus Incentives paid monthly.

Your Role:
As an Account and Loan Representative youll play a dual role: providing personalized high-quality service to members while actively identifying and pursuing new business. Youll uncover member needs offer tailored financial solutions and take initiative to prospect generate leads and follow up helping individuals achieve their goals while advancing TEGs mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Open and maintain member accounts (including general custodial and business memberships) with precision and compliance.
Assist members with account maintenance digital banking setup and service inquiries.
Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend credit union products and services.
Educate members on loan products and gather complete accurate loan application information.
Proactively seek growth opportunities through outbound calls and prospecting activities.
Maintain strong follow-through and relationship management to support long-term member success.
Support branch operations and provide leadership coverage in the absence of management.
Uphold a culture of collaboration professionalism and service excellence.
What You Bring:
13 years of job-related experience working in a credit union or banking environment.
A track record of building strong customer/member relationships.
Familiarity with consumer lending and account services.
Exceptional communication attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
A self-starter mindset driven to achieve goals and improve every day.
Willingness to stretch beyond comfort zones own results and support team success.
