Job Description
Position Title: Project Manager
Employee Status: Full Time
Location: Lincoln NE
Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality ERP systems and business solutions by combining critical functions: quality assurance project management Scrum Master facilitation and business analysis. This individual will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution driving projects from concept to completion and ensuring that our software solutions are robust efficient and aligned with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage ERP-related projects from initiation through delivery ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and promote best practices in iterative development.
Define project scope gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Develop and execute test strategies and test plans to ensure software quality across ERP implementations.
Collaborate with stakeholders developers and QA teams to deliver effective and efficient solutions.
Monitor project risks and issues providing mitigation strategies as needed.
Ensure compliance with quality standards business processes and documentation protocols.
Work Requirements Experience Education and Skills:
Proven experience in QA project management and business analysis roles.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics NetSuite).
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira Confluence).
Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
PMP CSM CBAP or other relevant certifications a plus.
