Description

Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys keeping things running efficiently Were looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician in our Houston TX location to play a key role in maintaining and improving the equipment and infrastructure at our facility.

In this role youll install maintain and repair machinery equipment physical structures and pipe and electrical systems to ensure our operations run safely and efficiently. Whether youre troubleshooting an urgent issue or performing routine preventative maintenance your work will directly impact efficiency and safety.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Visually inspect test troubleshoot and repair mechanical hydraulic and electrical systems on a variety of machinery and equipment including CNC machines boilers autoclaves and forklifts.
  • Dismantle defective machines install new or repaired parts and perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime and production delays.
  • Install maintain and repair electrical apparatus pipe systems hydraulic/pneumatic equipment and automated machinery such as robots and programmable controllers.
  • Operate machine tools (lathe grinder drill milling) and cutting/welding equipment to fabricate and repair machine parts jigs and fixtures.
  • Develop and maintain TPM programs support lean manufacturing and 5S practices and ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • Train team members handle material requisitions complete CMMS work orders read schematics and drawings and perform general maintenance on shop equipment.
For This Role You Will Need:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Trade School
  • Maintenance certification
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
