Are you passionate about making a difference in your community while driving meaningful results Presbyterian is looking for a dynamic Community Outreach Sales professional to lead broker development and drive statewide growth through innovative outreach strategies.
In this impactful role you will:
Develop and support broker channels across the state by setting sales goals providing training and partnering on outreach strategies.
Build strong grassroots relationships with key community leaders and organizations to host engaging sales events tailored to DSNP (Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan) prospects and members.
Represent Presbyterian in the community creating connections that foster trust retention and growth.
Lead monthly sales and event initiatives to drive enrollment and member engagement.
Ensure all outreach activities align with CMS NCQA and Presbyterians high standards and guidelines.

High school diploma and 3 years of Medicare sales or outreach experience.
New Mexico Health License (or obtain within 90 days of hire).
Experience in Medicare Advantage Medicare Supplements or other senior/government health plans.
35 years in customer service sales or marketing within healthcare.
Strong public speaking communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual preferred.
Proficient in MS Office; database experience a plus.
Knowledge of state/federal compliance for Medicare programs.
Must lift 2550 lbs travel up to 70% and have valid NM drivers license and reliable transportation.
Develop and manage broker channels with monthly event and sales goals.
Train and support brokers to execute effective DSNP sales events.
Plan and lead community outreach and education events in partnership with local organizations.
Provide year-round support to Medicare agents in a competitive market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers community partners and advocacy groups.
Collaborate with agents to drive sales through strategic grassroots events.
Develop regional marketing and sales strategies with internal and external partners.
