Mid Cities Psychiatry in Euless TX is seeking a full-time TMS Care Navigator to administer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments for Major Depressive Disorder. This innovative role supervised by Board-Certified Psychiatrists plays a vital part in providing patients with life-changing care. You will be responsible for daily treatment administration mapping treatment locations and determining the appropriate treatment levels for each patient.
As part of this role you will work closely with patients adjusting their treatment levels daily until they reach their optimal level helping them move toward remission and improved well-being. The treater will also coordinate patient care maintain comprehensive treatment notes and update referring providers on patient progress. Collaboration with medical colleagues and participation in regular clinical meetings will be key aspects of the role.
Additional duties include scheduling TMS sessions managing patient follow-ups with providers and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for each patient.

Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction & Procedure Administration: Administer procedures to patients ensuring their comfort and clinical benefit while maintaining a positive experience.
- Compliance & Protocol Adherence: Ensure adherence to established treatment protocols office procedures and HIPAA regulations.
- Professional Conduct: Maintain professional conduct when interacting with patients.
- Patient Follow-ups & Coordination: Manage patient follow-ups including daily treatment administration and maintaining comprehensive treatment notes.
- Collaboration & Communication: Update referring providers on patient progress collaborate with medical colleagues to ensure seamless care and participate in regular clinical meetings.
- Full-time role: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a possibility of working Saturdays if there are patients scheduled
- Salary: Competitive (but if needed to be specified $39500 - $47500 per year depending on experience.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: At least Bachelors degree with at least 2 years of clinical experience (PREFERRED).
- EMR/EHR Experience: Familiarity of using EMR/EHR systems.
- Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent organizational abilities innovative thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication skills team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in all tasks and patient interactions.
- Bilingual: Bilingual preferred.
