Vital Skills Center is seeking a dedicated energetic flexible and passionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA) to provide high-quality ABA services to neurodiverse children. Position: Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA)

Location: Center (Early Intervention services for children up to 5 years) /School/Home and community Job Type: Full Time/Part time

Competitive Pay Based on Experience

Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation of individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
Support RBTs in implementing behavior intervention plans
Conduct behavior assessments and assist in developing client programs
Train and supervise RBTs to ensure treatment fidelity and best practices
Create daily medically necessary session notes based on clients observable behavior during the session.
Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
Use evidence-based strategies to improve communication social skills and adaptive behavior
Collaborate with caregivers teachers and other professionals to promote skill development
Collaborate with team members to ensure client success
Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical standards
Willing to complete state and company training requirements
Maintain and adhere to client confidentiality




Qualifications

Must be a certified BCaBA and in good standing with the BACB
Ability to train and mentor RBTs effectively
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable patient and passionate about making a positive impact
Willing to travel to center/home/school/community
