Sales Specialist

Home Energy Pros

Pay: $95000 - $140000 per year (salary commission)

Job Type: Full-time Contract

Schedule: Tuesday to Friday

The Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic skilled Sales Specialists to join our team. In this role youll close in-home sales from qualified leads provided by our team. No cold-calling no telemarketing and no door-to-door sales.

With a robust training program to support your growth this opportunity is ideal for experienced in-home sales professionals eager to achieve substantial earnings through salary and commission.

Compensation:

Our average closers earn $95000-$115000 annually with top performers making well over $140000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with homeowners from pre-qualified leads to discuss energy-saving solutions.

Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to customer needs.

Close sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Valid drivers license (required)

In-home sales experience preferred (but not required with strong transferable skills)
