Whether it be with our customers vendors or employees we are looking for individuals who can partner with us in our goal to put people first and create quality products.As a Maintenance Technician you would be part of our team responsible for ensuring that our facility is operating up to standard and Tour Ready at all times. Individuals in this role are responsible forthe maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment machines and building infrastructure. Individuals who thrive in this position have an eye for detail enjoy working with their hands and are systematic thinkers.

Essential Duties:
- Perform established preventative maintenance on sewing machines per schedule.
- Maintain building infrastructure.
- Repair sewing machines as requested to bring them back online quickly.
- Support improvement activities by modifying existing or creating new equipment per kaizen requests.
- May perform basic repairs or assist in major repairs of other machinery and equipment.
- May also conduct basic electrical and plumbing installation maintenance and repair.
- Lift 25 pounds frequently lift 50 pounds occasionally and stand for the duration of a shift (up to 10 hours).
- Walk up and down stairs.
- Inspect and diagnose problems and elevate to Maintenance Lead as needed.
- Complete building repair and upkeep as assigned such as minor plumbing and electrical painting and cleaning of the facility.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment using repair manuals blueprints parts catalogs and other sources of data.
- Utilize electronic testing instruments and other specialized equipment and tools to adjust and repair malfunctioning machines and equipment.
- Participate in regular preventative maintenance work ensuring that equipment and machines are running efficiently and smoothly.
- Participate in continuous improvement with the team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Ideally qualified applicants have:
-A minimum of 1-3 years of related experience and/or training.
-Mechanical aptitude and curiosity/desire to learn new processes and machines.
-Have a valid Washington State Drivers License.
-Effective problem-solving abilities.
-Experience in reading and following maintenance manuals.
-The desire to make a positive impact within the organization.
-An excellent eye for detail.
-Self-starter.
-Able to escalate problems as needed.
-Desire to continually improve and grow themselves and the world around them.

Benefits package includes:
$22.65 - $28.10 per hour depending on experience.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Under 12 months: 1 hour PTO for every 30 worked.
After 1 Year: 70 hours PTO
After 3 Years: 110 hours PTO
After 5 Years: 120 hours 30 hours paid Holiday during Christmas week
Holidays:New Years Day Memorial Day 4th of July Labor Day Thanksgiving and Christmas are paid for 10 hours after 1 month of employment.
Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits:Eligible for coverage on the 1st day of the month following completion of 60 days of employment.
Tuition Assistance:Eligible after 6 months of employment.
401(k):Employer match based on the profitability of the company.
Technology Reimbursement:Eligible after 1 year of employment.
