Cambria County Children & Youth Services (CYS) is looking for an outgoing individual to serve as the lead fiscal staff in the agency. We are committed to providing services that are community-based and child and family-focused thorough programs and budgets which comply with state and agency requirements and goals. In this key fiscal leadership role for Cambria County CYS you will be responsible for supervising fiscal technicians and accountants as well as ensuring that all fiscal and accounting tasks are completed within established timeframes. This includes assigning work preparing training materials conducting staff training and monitoring assigned projects.
You will be expected to prepare the agencys state and county budgets for Children & Youth and Juvenile Probation oversee the completion of expenditure reports and agency specific mandated reports as well as assist with preparations and participate in required audits. Work also involves overseeing all grants obtained by the agency ensuring regulations governing each are followed and preparing financial reports for submission to state offices. Additionally you will provide administrative guidance to the agencys professional staff for the completion of mandated forms relating to financial matters.
