What Youll Be Doing
- Manage a Large Residential Portfolio Full end-to-end management across leasing maintenance arrears inspections renewals and compliance.
- Lead & Mentor Work closely with two experienced assistants and provide guidance and support to help them thrive.
- Build Strong Relationships Liaise with a diverse landlord and tenant base many of whom speak Mandarin as a first language.
- Problem Solve with Confidence Handle tenancy issues manage disputes and ensure compliance with QLD legislation.
- Drive Improvements Contribute to process efficiencies and service delivery enhancements.
What Youll Bring
- Minimum 3 years experiencein property management (NSW or interstate experience welcometraining in QLD legislation provided).
- Confident communicator inMandarin and English.
- Strong time management attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Desire to lead and step into a more senior autonomous role.
