Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supply Planning System Expertise:
o Provide in-depth functional expertise in supply network planning with a focus on IT
integration business processes and tool utilization.
o Troubleshoot system issues in APO SNP analyse system performance and recommend
improvements.
o Support the transition from APO to APS tools such as Kinaxis SAP IBP or Blue Yonder.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain
processes with IT systems.
2. Project Management:
o Lead and manage supply planning-related projects ensuring that timelines deliverables
and objectives are met.
o Coordinate with stakeholders across IT operations and supply chain functions to drive
projects to completion.
o Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior leadership.
3. Tool Adoption & Change Management:
o Drive regional adoption of supply planning tools working closely with business and IT
teams to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.

o Monitor and report on the success of tool adoption initiatives and identify areas for
improvement.
o Conduct training and provide support to teams across regions on new tools processes
and best practices.
o Foster a collaborative environment ensuring effective communication and knowledge
sharing across the supply planning team and related functions.
o Work with regional leads to ensure consistent and accurate reporting and compliance
with supply chain planning processes.
4. Continuous Improvement:
o Identify and implement opportunities to improve supply chain processes efficiency and
effectiveness through system enhancements and new tools.
o Analyze data to identify trends issues and opportunities for optimization in supply
planning operations.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
o Provide regular reports on supply planning tool adoption project status and other key
performance metrics.
o Analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities for improvement.
