Whats the Role
As Assistant Manager youll be the right hand to the Venue Manager helping lead the team supporting daily operations and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable pancake experience. Youll take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities including team supervision stock control and key holder duties all while delivering the high standards Stack & Still is known for.
What Youll Be Doing:
Leading by ExampleMotivate and support team members to deliver upbeat friendly and professional service.
Supporting Operations Help oversee opening and closing procedures cash and key handling and ensure smooth running of shifts.
Delivering Guest ExcellenceEngage with guests resolve issues on the floor and make sure everyone leaves smiling.
Driving Team Development Assist in training and coaching staff helping to build a positive and productive workplace.
What Were Looking For:
At least 1 year of experience in a supervisor or team leader role within hospitality or retail.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
A people-person with a natural leadership style and great communication skills.
Passionate about creating top-tier customer experiences.
