Missions
- Ralisation mise en forme et mise jour de nombreux documents commerciaux sur powerpoint : appel doffre avis de valeur rapport de commercialisation dossier immeuble
- Prparation des runions Equipe PMS Paris suivi reporting de tableaux divers (offres demandes visites) et des runions opportunits
- Facturation : Area (partie transaction) People Soft (partie facture).
- Gestion et suivi des mandats : version papier et lectronique sur Adobe Sign
- Tches administratives : brochages dossiers gestion du courrier gestion des agendas rservations salles de runion
Ce poste vous attire Voici le profil que nous recherchons
- Vous disposez de 3 annes minimum dexprience dans lassistanat idalement dans le secteur de limmobilier dentreprise.
- Vous faites preuve de ractivit de rigueur dautonomie f
- Vous tes dot(e) dun excellent relationnel dun grand sens de lorganisation et aimez vous positionner comme facilitateur
- Vous apprciez le travail en quipe.
- Vous matrisez le Pack Office Area PeopleSoft
