Job Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with state and developmental guidelines.
- Foster a safe inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children parents and staff.
- Monitor and document childrens developmental progress and milestones.
- Ensure compliance with all health safety and licensing regulations.
- Encourage social and emotional development through play and structured activities.
- Supervise and assist children during daily routines including meals naps and outdoor play.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting preferred.
- CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with young children and commitment to their growth and development.
