SUMMARY
We are looking for a smart experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our San Diego CA team.
The Project Manager loves collaborating with partners inspiring creative solutions driving progress evolving processes and seeks the feeling of getting things accomplished in the most strategic way possible. As Project Manager you play a central role in delivering world-class work connectors across the business working with teams towards shared goals. This role establishes trust and will ensure that we build a future of success for the Agency and our clients. This also means serving as a key player through inspired internal connection that is on time on budget while embracing new ways of problem-solving.
This is a hybrid work from home/office position (in-office attendance is required on Tuesdays & Thursdays) and the candidate must live near San Diego CA.

WHAT YOULL DO
- Primary point of contact on all project-related elements opening archiving & retrospectives
- Identify input and submit all project needs into at the start of every project
- Responsible for leading Internal Status and appropriate distribution of Reports to teams
- Key player in ensuring expectations are clearly articulated with to turn ideas into reality
- Coordinate internal departments involved in the development and implementation of ongoing projects seeking efficiencies in internal workflow
- Responsible for developing maintaining and escalating a strong two-way communication channel between Program Director ensuring Program Director is aware of direction challenges and required decisions or guidance
- Collaborative planning through orchestrating workflows ensuring project plans reflect the collective expertise of the team
- Present process project health (budget timelines resources) and plans
- Approach challenges from a solution-oriented mindset leaning into tools and methodology
- Development execution and maintenance of Estimate Workbooks
- Partner with Program Lead for Scoping as necessary
- Speak to project budgets timelines and resources based on familiarity of project management
- Active desire to understand internal dynamics and seek moments for continuous learning
WHAT YOULL BRING
- 2 years of experience in a Project Management role
- 1-2 years managing projects in an Agency environment
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies or immediate desire to learn these methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to organize and lead the efforts of a team of designers developers and business stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word Excel Project PowerPoint)
- Strong critical thinking problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization
- Must be detail-oriented and have proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated initiative and follow-through and a great record of delivering successful projects
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to lead projects with teams and stakeholders across locations
WHAT YOULL GET
- The overall target range of base compensation for this role is $66600 - $76800. Compensation offered will be determined by additional factors such as location and experience
