Huron Valley Schools is seeking an enthusiastic energetic and innovative Spanish teacher to fulfill a vacancy at Milford High School.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must hold a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with a SpanishFF 6-12 or K-12 endorsement with secondaryexperience
Must meet requirements for Highly Qualified
Knowledge of instructional pedagogy as it relates to second language acquisition particularly Comprehensible Input and its applications in daily teaching
Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
TheSpanish teachers responsibilitiesincludeteachingoral and writtenSpanish tailoring lesson plans to individual students or classes and setting homework and assessments. Effective communication with staff families and students.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Bachelors Degree or higher.
LANGUAGE MATHEMATICAL AND REASONING SKILLS:Ability to speak and write to apply mathematical concepts to practical to carry out instructions
furnished in written or oral format and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
