Job Overview:
The Lead Client Service Representative is responsible for cultivating a productive work environment and maintaining a safe neutral atmosphere for clients and patients through the application of the hospitals core values.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and be expected to possess strong customer service skills as well as management and leadership Lead CSR plays an integral role as a member of the leadership team focuses on core values and executes tasks as outlined.
