About the position:
TJFACT is seeking to hire a well-qualified Intelligence Analyst (Onsite) to join our team in support of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Laboratory Intelligence Unit in the Huntsville AL area.
This role is contingent upon reward.
The resource will be responsible for responding to requests for information from the US Government and partner agencies producing intelligence products for dissemination to the USIC and foreign partners and helping to identify potential leads for FBI investigations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Shall provide operational intelligence services provide raw intelligence tactical analysis and operational analysis as appropriate to support LIUs intelligence functions and analytical needs in furtherance of FBI investigations and operations.
- Analytical functions include data exploitation tactical analysis raw intelligence as well as threat and targeting analysis as appropriate.
- Shall provide operational intelligence services providing raw intelligence tactical analysis and operational analysis as appropriate to support LIUs intelligence functions and analytical needs in furtherance of FBI investigations and operations.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelors degree from a regionally-accredited college or university.
- Associate degree and seven (7) years of USIC Intelligence experience or High School Diploma and nine (9) years of USIC Intelligence experience will suffice in lieu of a Bachelors.
- At least three (3) years of USIC Intelligence experience.
- A minimum of three (3) years of intelligence analysis work experience in the USIC writing raw and/or tactical intelligence products.
- Experience and/or familiarity with intelligence requirements and processes.
- Strong interpersonal ability demonstrated by at least three (3) years of experience working on a multi-disciplined team or within a team environment.
- Strong editorial and grammar skills demonstrated by at least two (2) years of experience in copy editing print-publishing or other writing-heavy responsibilities.
- At least five (5) years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite products including MS Word Excel PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous military law enforcement or other federal government/non-USIC experience.
- Contract Intelligence Analysts with a hard science or technical background are preferred but not required.
- Any experience having certified release authority to release and/or disseminate intelligence products.
