A well-established manufacturing company in Quakertown is seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk to join their team. This role supports the accounting department with invoice processing vendor communications and accurate data entry.
Position Type: Temporary Location: On-site Quakertown PA Pay: Based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices and match with purchase orders and receipts
Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments
Assist with check runs and filing
Maintain organized and accurate financial records
Support month-end close processes as needed
Qualifications:
Experience with NetSuite ERP is required
Prior experience in Accounts Payable preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and standard accounting procedures
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
