GENERAL DUTIES
- Entering sales orders into Customer Service System and MAS 500.
- Assists in producing quotes for customers and maintaining all quote documentation with accuracy.
- Creates and maintains electronic job folders.
- Communicate daily with personnel and departments throughout the entire job to ensure all required information and updates are handled seamlessly.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the company products and customer information.
- Maintain excellent work attendance
- Performs other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent customer service teamwork and oral/written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Word Excel required
- Experience with MAS 500 a plus
- Strong organizational time management and problem-solving skills.
- Clean and verifiable background screen and credit check
- Be able to understand basic directions in English (required)
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to move within the production area and occasionally climb stairs.
- Vision abilities requires close distance color peripheral and depth
- Ability to hear speak and use hands/fingers; the repetitive motions for hands/wrists are frequent.
- Moderately loud noise levels in plant environment.
