Role overview
The Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) in Switzerland integrates a number of central functions in the Carlsberg Group: Procurement Production Logistics and Planning. ISC manages the brewery network handles the global procurement processes sets the global standards for brewing technology ensures end-to-end planning and aims to deliver high-standard logistics and customer service.

What youll be doing
- Assisting in mapping internal and external data essential for procurement performance tracking and project assessments. This includes but is not limited to responsible sourcing digitalization initiatives and capability development projects.
- Facilitating smooth communication within the global procurement community ensuring seamless knowledge sharing timely news updates and relevant information exchange.
- Coordinating venue sourcing bookings materials preparation and participant communications.
- Ensuring seamless execution of training events both virtual and in-person
- Ensuring the seamless execution of other planned events.
- Supporting vendor and contract management (PO) in collaboration with the Shared Service Team in Poznan.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge to improve the Carlsberg Excellence procurement roadmap.
What were looking for
Were looking for someone who:
- Has good communication and persuasion skills with a focus on stakeholder management
- Can effectively listen synthesize information and translate insights into actionable steps
- Has a strategic and analytical mindset with a results-driven approach
- Is highly organized with a structured approach to planning and execution
- Takes full ownership and accountability for assigned tasks
- Has a minimum of a Bachelors or University degree
- Has 3 years of experience in Business/Financial/Procurement analytics
- Has good analytical and communication skills
- Has advanced skills in usual business software (Outlook PowerPoint Power BI Forms Word etc.)
- Has previous experience in Business Analytics/Insights/Marketing (event planning would be beneficial).
- Is a strategic thinker with good communication stakeholder engagement and cross-functional influencing skills
- Has proficiency in written and spoken English (min. B2 level). Other major world languages would be beneficial
