The Role
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our F&B outlets; maintaining high standards of quality and maximising guest satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our F&B outlets.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the F&B team ensuring they are motivated trained and equipped to deliver outstanding service.
- Oversee the setup and preparation of dining areas ensuring they are clean organised and properly stocked with supplies.
- Monitor service standards to ensure efficient and attentive service delivery addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Assist in the development and implementation of menus promotions and special events to drive revenue and enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain inventory levels and control costs by minimising waste and implementing effective stock rotation procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations food hygiene standards and licensing laws at all times.
- Handle guest enquiries complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner striving to resolve issues to the guests satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Kitchen Housekeeping Membership and Front Office to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness hygiene and presentation standards in all F&B areas.
- Ensure team members are working flexibly to meet business requirements across all F&B areas moving between outlets to cover business peaks or breaks.
- Assist in the recruitment training and performance management of food and beverage staff conducting regular evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
Terms and Conditions:
- Fixed term up to seven months maternity cover
- Full time 40 hours per week
What were looking for:
To be successful in this role you must possess the following qualifications attitude behaviours skills and values:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferably in a Hotel or Members Club setting.
- Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations including service skills and cost control.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and public holidays as required.
