What we look for inan Assistant Manager:
The mighty Hope & Anchor is looking for a new Sergeant at Arms to join our crew of battle-hardened pirates rogues and rebels.
This is not an entry-level or first-time appointment. Only battle-hardened veterans with a proven track record in a busy bar setting will be considered.

As the successful Assistant Manager you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time and be able to build rapport with our customers and our team to continue the success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
Live-in accommodation is potentially available after successful completion of the probation period.
