Acute Care Nurse Practitioner - Trauma Rounding/Consults

About Us:
Johns Hopkins Suburban Hospital is a leading healthcare institution committed to providing exceptional patient care advancing medical research and educating the next generation of healthcare professionals. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our Trauma team. This role primarily involves rounding on the floor and conducting trauma patient consultations from Monday to Friday with occasional weekend and holiday backup (limited).
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality evidence-based care to trauma patients. Assess and manage acute and critical conditions in trauma patients ensuring timely and effective interventions. Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations including history-taking physical examinations and diagnostic interpretation. Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals. Participate in rounds case conferences and ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest advancements in trauma care. Provide compassionate and patient-centered care to individuals and their families during times of crisis.

Salary Range: Minimum57.99/hour - Maximum89.88/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
