Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across various modules including ITSM ITOM HRSD CSM and more. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical advisor collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure alignment with business goals and platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead architecture design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
Define best practices development standards and integration patterns.
Translate business requirements into well-architected ServiceNow solutions that best leverage the platform.
Collaborate with functional consultants developers and business stakeholders.
Drive ServiceNow roadmap planning upgrades and strategic module adoption.
Ensure platform scalability performance and security through proper design and governance.
Guide the development team in implementing workflows configurations and integrations.
Participate in pre-sales and proposal activities including estimation and technical architecture planning.
Required Skills & Experience:
8 years of ServiceNow experience with at least 3 years in an architect role.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITOM CMDB CSM HRSD or SecOps.
Strong experience with ServiceNow architecture scripting (JavaScript Glide) APIs and integrations.
Experience with ServiceNow App Engine and custom applications.
Knowledge of Flow Designer Service Catalog and Performance Analytics is a plus.
Certified in ServiceNow System Administrator Implementation Specialist and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) is a strong plus.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidates pay within the range will depend on their work location skills experience education and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical dental vision pharmacy life accidental death & dismemberment and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
