Description
Join Learning Grove a leading nonprofit early childhood education provider serving Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky for over 40 years. Our high-quality home-like classrooms nurture children from 6 weeks to 6 years of age. As a Lead Teacher you will create and deliver developmentally appropriate play-based curricula that support childrens growth across all domainsintellectual social-emotional physical and language.
Guided by Constructivist Theory and child-led play youll work collaboratively with families and a passionate team to co-create meaningful learning experiences tailored to each childs needs.
Qualifications
- CDA required; Associates or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for equity inclusion and building strong family partnerships
