Job Description
Hourly compensation is $19-21 an hourdependent upon experience.
Major Responsibilities
- Model and teach developmentally appropriate behavior and interactions between children and adults.
- Provide daily care to meet the needs of every child enrolled.
- Manage day-to-day classroom schedules routines and activities.
- Track each childs progress and support lead teachers in communication with families.
- Help children to reach developmental milestones through active play.
- Maintain a clean organized and tidy space
- Communicate with families daily updates as necessary
Other Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Club policies procedures and standards of service to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
- Meet departmental productivity organization punctuality/attendance and consistency standards.
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
- Treat Members guests vendors customers parents children and co-workers with professionalism and respect at all times.
- Maintain privacy of our Members at all time.
- Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times.
- Communicateregularly and effectively with all employees supervisors managers and directors.
- Perform work in a safe and high quality manner.
- Project a favorable image of Yellowstone Club to the community at all times.
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings weekends and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.

Licenses/Experience Required
- Meet immunization requirements pursuant to ARM 37.95.184
- Have appropriate background checks pursuant to ARM 37.95.161
- Sign a health attestation.
- Be at least 16 years old
- Complete facility overview on-the-job training
- Be current on the ECP Practitioner Registry
- Have current certification for infant child and adult CPR and infant choking response and pediatric first aid. CPR certification must be completed in a hands-on setting or within 30 days of hire
- Successfully complete required early childhood teacher orientation as indicated in 37.95.163
Certificates & Licenses
Current CPR/First Aid Certification or can be obtained within 30 days of hire.
Current on the MTECP Registry.
Computer Skills
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams products
Language Ability
Able to speak clearly and effectively with Members guests co-workers vendors parents and other Yellowstone Club departments. Able to write clearly and legibly.
Math Ability
Able to perform basic math calculations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve basic problems and/or know when it is necessary to get a manager to assist in problem solving.
Work Environment

The employee is constantly required to use their vision to perform an activity such as but not limited to: preparing and analyzing data and figures viewing a computer terminal extensive reading and determining the accuracy neatness attention to detail and thoroughness of the work assigned.The employee is constantly required to sit sometimes for several hours at a time and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.
