Key Responsibilities
Serve as a technical lead on complex structural projects from concept to completion
Perform detailed design and analysis using industry-standard software
Coordinate with architects contractors and other consultants
Mentor junior engineers and participate in staff development
Engage in project management and client interaction as needed
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Masters preferred)
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
10 years of structural engineering experience
Strong working knowledge of analysis and design tools (ETABS RISA RAM Revit etc.)
A collaborative mindset and passion for mentoring younger staff
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
