Job Title:Sr. Associate Subcontracts - Government Property Admin

Job Code: 24669

Job Location: Onsite at our Huntsville AL facility

Job Schedule:9/80 - Employees work 9 out of every 14 days totaling 80 hours worked and have every other Friday off

Job Description:

Our Government Compliance function is seeking a Subcontract Property Administratorto join the Aerojet Rocketdyne Segment of L3Harris Technologies at our facility located in Huntsville AL. This position with supervision will provide direct Government Compliance administrative oversight of our subcontractors in support of Purchase Orders with customer/Government property. The function will maintain transaction records of accountable property to meet regulatory requirements and to comply with Purchase Order terms and conditions.

Successful candidates will be highly skilled in data entry and maintaining record integrity.

Essential Functions:

Under limited general direction the Subcontract Property Analyst performs tasks relative to the control of Government and Company property:

  • 20% Acts as a liaison between Supply Chain Government Compliance and Subcontractors
  • 20% Monitors and reports on the status of government and company property at Subcontractor locations
  • 20% Coordinates and performs bi-yearly inspections of Subcontractor Property Systems
  • 40% Updates subcontract property transactions in the Maestro System

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related government property analyst experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related government property analyst experience. In lieu of a degree minimum of 6 years of prior related government property analyst experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Attention to detail and mid-level computer skills.
  • Experienced with MS Office and good written communications skills.
  • Solid understanding of asset management and the governmental contracting processes.
