Key Duties:
Liaise with clients banks estate agents and solicitors
Open client files and manage case system
Handle SDLT forms registrations and post-completion duties
Prepare contracts quotes completion documents and invoices
Draft mortgage reports and review searches
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant
Strong communication & organisation skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
IT literate and proactive
