Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Patriot Missile Integrated Product Team (IPT) Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) Project Lead within the Land Air and Defense Systems (LADS) team. You will report to the Patriot NRE Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead and will regularly interact with product line leadership and cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of multiple NRE projects with a primary focus of ensuring tasks are completed as planned within allocated budget across multiple Patriot Missile programs.
You will have the responsibility for managing technical schedule and cost performance status and regularly brief product line leadership.
What You Will Do
- Prepare briefings for internal program status reviews monthly progress report and internal weekly and monthly leadership updates
- Develop partnerships with design engineering specialty engineering test engineering EX/IM contracts finance global supply chain quality and operations.
- IPT focal point responsible for interacting with a multi-disciplined team to include the Product Line Cross-Product Teams (CPT) and Subcontractors/IOTs in the execution and growth of the Patriot Missile NRE products
- Establish and manage a product vision strategy and goals to align with multiple Programs/Customers and facilitate conflict resolution
- Support the capture of new business and influence technical and product line roadmaps ensuring they are reflected in program planning and execution
- Plan out and lead the incremental break-in of upgrades and system improvements
- Expected to support minimal domestic and international travel as needed
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 5 years of experience is required
- Direct experience in project planning and tracking to cost and schedule
- Experience leading a cross-functional team
- Experience with project and/or program management
Qualifications We Prefer
- Program Management Level 6 Certification
- Experience in production environment for entire Product Life Cycle from material release through contract sale
- Experience in preparing customer and/ormanagement level briefings
- EVMS Certified (or equivalent)
- Proposal support experience including writing Basis of Estimates (BOEs)

The salary range for this role is 101000 USD - 203000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
