Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Product Manager to join our team in Welfare & Self-reliance Services. In this role you will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing AI opportunities driving the development of AI products and ensuring their successful implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists engineers and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions that meet our customers needs and align with our vision to minister to temporal needs build spiritual self-reliance and bless both givers and receivers.
Responsibilities
- Identify AI Opportunities: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential AI applications and opportunities that align with our business objectives.
- Prioritize AI Projects: Evaluate and prioritize AI projects based on their potential impact feasibility and alignment with company goals.
- Product Development: Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to define product requirements develop roadmaps and oversee the development and deployment of AI products.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs gather requirements and ensure AI solutions address their challenges.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of AI products and continuously monitor their performance to ensure they meet business objectives.
- Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI technology and incorporate relevant innovations into our product strategy.
- Communication: Effectively communicate product vision strategy and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Internal Governance: Navigate various internal governing bodies to request product budget align with organizational AI guidelines and build products that support department strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Economics Business Finance or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Product Manager preferably in the AI or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies machine learning and data science. At least some hands-on experience with coding.
