Position Summary:
The Clinical Educator II provides staff development expertise in their assigned specialty as an educator expert clinician consultant facilitator change agent leader patient advocate and researcher. Each supports the clinical and professional development of their staff with a goal of achieving excellence in the delivery of evidence based nursing practice. The Clinical Educator II facilitates the educational process through assessment development planning implementation and evaluation of competency continuing education and professional development. In addition as a role model of professional behavior the Clinical Educator II assists in creating a professional nursing climate and supports the SRDH mission vision and values. Reporting relationship: Direct reporting to Education leadership.
