The Position
- Plan coordinate and monitor functions and events across the campus ensuringseamless function delivery
- Maintain effective customer and client relationships
- Preparing function sheets for the kitchen and quoting for the clients.
- Maintain focus on Food and People safety
- Plan facilitate and oversee logistics- from first contact and setup to function execution and breakdown
The Person
- Current or previous experience in function coordination / F&B supervisory or similar
- You are passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer service
- Attention to detail the ability to multi-task and excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
- Flexibility to work early mornings evenings and occasional weekends as required by event schedules
** A current Working With Children Check or ability to obtain is a requirement of this role
