Role overview
The Sales Support Specialist plays an important role in the Sales Support area of the market-to-cash process flow. This team is focused on strengthening sales performance across our Western European markets through a variety of client-facing commercial and finance processes and deploying an end-to-end perspective on work organization.
What youll be doing
Creating and maintaining pricing settings and rebate setup for our direct and indirect customers around Western Europe
Preparing analyses of current pricing and rebate setups to provide answers to any questions an internal customer might have
Cross-checking queries with Customer Master Data and providing information based on the internal customer setup
Reporting and analyzing Sales Volume for correct settlement on the customers account
Providing advice on technical queries related to Customer Master pricing and rebates and contributing to your teams collective knowledge by preparing and updating process documentation
Who were looking for
Were looking for someone who:
Has a good command of written and spoken German
Has completed a bachelors university curriculum in finance-related areas or has 1 years of experience in finance data management pricing or rebates areas or corporate sales experience and can document that
Enjoys working in a diverse international environment
Can communicate effectively in English
Navigates easily in the Office 365 environment and has an advanced practical knowledge of MS Excel
Has previously worked with SAP or data management tools
Demonstrates analytical skills and an assertive attitude
Is inquisitive and diligent and can read between the lines
