To support this mission we are looking for a proactive and drivenSenior Sales/ Business Development Manager based in Warsaw Poland. If youre someone who doesnt wait for permission to solve a problem thrives on learning and adapting and takes full responsibility for delivering meaningful outcomes wed love to talk.

Join us on our journey: As our Senior Sales and Business Development Manager you will be the primary contact point for our leads prospects and customers in Poland. You will guide them through the entire commercial onboarding journey from first conversations and offer structuring to signing and preparing the go-live of their battery projects. You will work hand in hand with our Country Manager our Senior Technical Project Manager and the Commercial Team to build long-term customer relationships that are both impactful and commercially successful.

  • Working Mode: Office first set-up with possibility to work from home a couple of days

  • Language Requirement: Fluent Polish with strong English proficiency


Your Responsibilities
  • Drive business development and customer acquisition for utility-scale battery storage systems in Poland

  • Own the end-to-end commercial relationship with our clients from first meetings to signed contracts and go-live

  • Translate customer needs into structured proposals and offers working closely with the technical and operations teams

  • Understand project structures financial expectations and regulatory contexts to shape attractive business models

  • Represent Entrix at conferences pitch meetings and industry events to grow our visibility and network

  • Contribute to the strategic positioning of Entrixs commercial offering in Poland

  • Help shape and improve our commercial and onboarding processes based on your hands-on experience with customers

Your Profile

Were looking for someone who is deeply proactive and accountable - someone who doesnt just identify problems but owns them and is energized by bringing clarity and progress to complexity.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in business development project origination key account management or energy markets

  • Strong knowledge of the Polish energy landscape ideally including renewables grid-scale storage or power trading

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Polish and English

  • Experience building strong trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders and project developers

  • A proactive self-starting mindset you dont wait for permission to create impact

  • Full ownership of your projects you see obstacles as opportunities to act not as reasons to stall

  • High adaptability and comfort with change you embrace learning and iteration in a dynamic

  • You bring a proven track record in originating BESS projects and closing commercial agreements with developers or investors

  • You have a strong sense of agency: youre someone who turns ideas into action and doesnt just talk about change - you lead it
