Short Facts:Location: Warsaw Poland
Employment Type: Full-Time indefinite term
Working Mode: Office first set-up with possibility to work from home a couple of days
Language Requirement: Fluent Polish with strong English proficiency
Drive customer acquisition for utility-scale battery storage systems in Poland
Own the end-to-end commercial relationship the client relationship and convert early funnel leads into negotiations and successful contract signing
Handle sophisticated and large client relationships
Build and strengthen relationships with customers and key stakeholders in the energy and battery storage space
Ensure a smooth handover to the operations team and a successful go-live for every customer
Act as a sparring partner for our customers and help them navigate the rapidly evolving storage market maintaining high levels of engagement and satisfaction
Understand project structures financial expectations and regulatory contexts to shape attractive business models
Track activities and manage pipeline through our CRM system
Represent Entrix at conferences pitch meetings and industry events to grow our visibility and network
Contribute to the strategic positioning of Entrixs commercial offering in Poland

Mandatory Requirements
5 years of experience in sales or business development roles preferably in the energy industry
Strong negotiation skills and proven track record of closing deals
Experience working with a CRM tool ideally HubSpot
Experience in working closely with other departments such as tech and product to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Strong knowledge of the Polish energy landscape ideally including renewables grid-scale storage or power trading
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Polish and English
Experience building strong trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders and project developers
A proactive self-starting mindset you dont wait for permission to create impact
Full ownership of your projects you see obstacles as opportunities to act not as reasons to stall
High adaptability and comfort with change you embrace learning and iteration in a dynamic environment
