Job Type: Full-Time
- Perform on-site roof inspections to assess damage and document findings.
- Provide homeowners with information about the repair process and available solutions.
- Meet with insurance adjusters at the homeowners request to provide factual information about the damage.
- Maintain detailed records including photos reports and measurements and input into our CRM.
- Work with office staff and crews to ensure smooth project execution.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Experience in roofing construction or project management preferred (training provided).
- Ability to work outdoors and climb ladders for roof inspections.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Basic proficiency in using smartphones apps and CRM software.
